BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:BCRX) announced financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2009 and provided a corporate update regarding clinical programs and potential emergency use of intravenous (i.v.) peramivir (see also Pharmaceuticals).
