An experienced intellectual property lawyer who focuses on software, electrical and mechanical engineering work has joined Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.'s intellectual property practice as a partner (see also Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P.).
Erik Swenson, a former project engineer and software developer, joins Fulbright's intellectual property practice from Merchant & Gould, where he started his legal career 11 years ago and went on to serve on the firm's Executive Committee.
