The Family Medicine Education Consortium, Inc. (FMEC) and Human Science, Inc. (HSI) announce an effort to create virtual teams that connect primary care physicians with the sub-specialist physicians with whom they share the care of patients, improving the quality and safety of care while reducing costs and frustration.
