PureDepth, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: PDEP) , the creator of Multi-Layer Display (MLD) technology and a leader in new visualization experiences, announced that one of its foundation patent applications has been allowed in the United States further expanding upon its worldwide protection. US application 10/048,966, filed by PureDepth with an international priority date of August 19, 1999, covers PureDepth's unique method of displaying data or images on a multi-level screen display, providing the earliest and broadest protection for almost all current and envisaged uses of MLD (see also PureDepth, Inc.).
