WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) announced that Scott D. Law, formerly national health care delivery officer for Health Net, Inc., has joined the Company as senior vice president, health care delivery, effective October 28, 2009. In his role, Mr. Law will lead WellCare's pharmacy, quality management, care management, and network management functions (see also WellCare Health Plans, Inc.).
