Qualsec (BULLETIN BOARD: QLSZ) , which recently acquired Vitamin Spice, LLC, announces that Richard F. Seelig, MD has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors. Dr. Seelig is a physician executive with 25 years of clinical experience followed by 6 years of medical device and medical informatics design and development resulting in the first and only FDA cleared RFID medical information device of its kind (see also Qualsec).
