The New York Biotechnology Association (NYBA) is pleased to announce that NYBA chairman Dr. Sharon Mates (Chairman and CEO, Intra-Cellular Therapies, Inc.) and NYBA Board member Dr. Barbara Dalton (Vice President for Venture Capital, Pfizer) have been named the honorees for Springboard Enterprises' 2009 Winners' Circle Awards Celebration Dinner to be held at the New York Stock Exchange on October 29 (see also New York Biotechnology Association).
