LIMA, Peru, Sept. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Telefonica del Peru (NYSE: TDP), announced today the resolutions passed at its Class A-1 Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings held on September 15, 1998.
The following resolutions were passed at the Class A-1 Shareholders meeting:
-- Mr. Fernando Panizo Arcos resigned as Class A-1 Director and was
replaced by Mr. Jose Ramon Vela Martinez who consequently resigned
as Class A-1 Substitute Director.
-- Mr. Santiago Antunez de Mayolo Morelli was elected Class A-1 Substitute
Director for Mr. Vela.
