Global evangelist Luis Palau wrapped up his Central Arkansas CityFest campaign this past weekend with local leaders expressing amazement over the unprecedented cooperation among churches, businesses, and government (see also Luis Palau Association).
Festival co-chairman Scott T. Ford, former CEO of Alltel and current partner with Westrock Capital Partners, said the legacy of the area-wide effort was the undeniable teamwork among such a diverse group of Arkansans.
