Detroit Tool Metal Products (DTMP) has announced that its strategy to focus on Military and Defense contracts is on track. Offering a variety of options for product support including land support vehicles, transportation equipment, energy storage, and ground support and preparation, DTMP has seen a significant growth in this market.
"Our business in the military and defense markets has grown more than 70% since 2006," said Steve Westfall, President and Chief Executive Officer of DTMP. "Our year over year growth has been 57% this year alone, and this market now accounts for about 12% of our over-all business."
