B/E Aerospace, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAV), the world's leading manufacturer of aircraft cabin interior products and the world's leading distributor of aerospace fasteners and consumables, announced third quarter 2009 financial results. THIRD QUARTER HIGHLIGHTS 2009 third quarter revenues of $459.8 million declined 26.9 percent as compared with third quarter 2008 proforma revenues. Proforma third quarter 2008 results include the results of the acquired Honeywell Consumables Solutions distribution business (HCS), as if the acquisition had occurred on January 1, 2008.
