Diatect International Corporation (OTCBB:DTCT), maker of eco-friendly Results insect control products, has signed a 15 year private label distribution agreement with Hadbara Organit Ltd. of Israel, the first and only organic pest control company in that country. This agreement gives Hadbara Organit Ltd. the right to import and distribute all the Diatect products in Israel and will sell it under their brand name Galaxy Guard.
