International Isotopes Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: INIS) announces it has entered into an Agreement with the State of New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) that establishes mutually agreed upon license limits for INIS's planned uranium de-conversion and fluorine extraction processing facility.
