In this recent report published in the journal Molecular Vision, researchers in Hong Kong, People's Republic of China conducted a study "To identify the genetic lesions for congenital coralliform cataract. Two Chinese families with autosomal dominant coralliform cataract, 12 affected and 14 unaffected individuals, were recruited."
