AU Optronics Corp. ("AUO" or the "Company") (TAIEX: 2409; NYSE: AUO) will participate in Solar Power International 2009, scheduled to be held from Oct. 27 to Oct. 29 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, U.S. The U.S. market is regarded as a rapidly growing market for the solar PV (photovoltaics) industry, and AUO actively joins the exhibition by demonstrating its unique operating model and mono-crystalline and multi-crystalline PV modules with high module efficiency.
