ENSTOR is conducting an open season for 1.7 billion cubic feet ("Bcf") of firm natural gas storage capacity that is currently subject to a right of first refusal ("ROFR") with a term up to 5 years, beginning April 1, 2010. The open season will be held in accordance with the procedures set forth at Section 3 of the General Terms and Conditions of the FERC Gas Tariff of Caledonia Energy Partners, L.L.C. ("Caledonia"). This open season is separate and distinct from the general open season that was held by ENSTOR between Sept. 16 and Sept. 30, 2009 for firm storage capacity at each of its operational North American facilities.
