"Bright lights, big facility." That's the phrase that now strikes many when they walk into Hurd[R]'s Medford, WI wood window and door manufacturing facilities. This sentiment is in part thanks to all new energy efficient lighting fixtures that now beam clean bright white light throughout. It is also a monumental energy saving initiative that was recognized this week by Wisconsin's Focus on Energy™ program, which presented Hurd with a rebate incentive check on Tuesday, October 20.
