Western-region insurer CIG (Capital Insurance Group) -- www.ciginsurance.com -- announced that the company will be an official sponsor of Safe Halloween 2009, Bakersfield's premier trick-or-treat experience. Taking place on Friday, October 30 and Saturday, October 31, from 5:30 pm to 9 pm, the event will feature 30 trick-or-treat stations, a costume contests with prizes, a school-type carnival and concessions on the historic Kern County Museum grounds in a family style environment.
Children ages 3-12 will safely trick-or-treat for terrific goodies, using a specially designed event bag available with a ticket purchase. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the costume ...
