Transamerica Retirement Services has been honored by the Profit Sharing/401k Council of America ("PSCA") for its campaign to help 401(k) plan participants take back control of their retirement savings strategy. "The RECOVER Plan by Transamerica," an interactive workshop and video presentation launched in February, received the 2009 Gold Signature Award in the Generic Participant Education Campaign category, which honors plan providers for educational materials developed for use with a variety of plan sponsors. Since its launch, plan sponsors have ordered more than 100,000 copies of the RECOVER Plan to distribute to their participants.
