The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (RBS) announced that it has hired Paul Feidelson for its Syndicate team within its wholesale banking division, Global Banking & Markets (GBM). Mr. Feidelson joins as a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Paper, Americas. He will primarily be responsible for building a commercial paper desk to support the further development of the US short-term franchise.
