Mastech Holdings, Inc., (NYSE Amex: MHH), a national provider of Information Technology Staffing services, announced its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009.
Revenues for the quarter were $17.2 million, compared to $24.1 million reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Consolidated net income for the third quarter 2009 totaled $427,000 or $0.11 per diluted share, compared to $1.2 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, in the same period last year.
