Junior Achievement of Southern California announced that Citi (NYSE: C) is donating $50,000 to the organization's "Finance Park" financial education program - an effort to improve the financial literacy of young people. Vikram Pandit, Citi's Chief Executive Officer, presented the donation and outlined details of Citi's commitment to financial education at Junior Achievement's Southern California office in Los Angeles.
