Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW or the Company) (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading provider of global air cargo assets and outsourced aircraft operating services, announced that it has priced its offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. The public offering price will be $25.75 per share.
