Intelimax Media Inc. ("Intelimax" or the "Company") (OTCBB:IXMD) is pleased to announce that is has appointed Michael Young as interim CFO until a permanent replacement is hired. Intelimax has accepted the resignation from the former CFO Ping Shen on October 23, 2009 and would like to thank Ms. Shen for her contributions to the Company during her tenure.
Mr. Young has been a Director of the Company since April 28, 2009 and was appointed President and Secretary on May 28, 2009.
