PayPal announced its 2009 holiday promotions including cash-back, free shipping and huge savings from major retailers. Starting November 3rd and available through January 12th, online shoppers can visit www.PayPal.com/holiday to receive up to 20 percent off, cash-back or free shipping from online retailers such as Zappos.com, Best Buy, Southwest Airlines and Walmart.com.
