According to recent research from Nanjing, People's Republic of China, "This paper investigates the transmission scheduling of users under spatially correlated multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) channels. By maximizing an upper bound of the sum capacity, we propose a scheduling scheme that requires only scalar feedback from each receiving user."
