ZAGREB (Croatia), Sept 1, 2009 -- (InPR) -- Today, on 28th August 2009, for the purposes of transfer registration, the Contract on the transfer of Atlantic Grupa d.d. shares was submitted to the Central Depository and Clearing Company d.d., with which the member of the Management Board Srecko Nakic transferred 367 shares of total nominal value of HRK 14,680.00 to the member of the Management Board Mladen Veber. Before the transfer Srecko Nakic had 6,068 shares of Atlantic Grupa d.d. (total nominal value of HRK 242,720.00), and after the transfer he has 5,701 shares (total nominal value of HRK 228,040.00).
