INDIA has described the resurgence of the Taliban and al- Qaeda in the AfPak region as a challenge and urged the international community to put pressure on Pakistan to dismantle the terror infrastructure.
" Terrorism remains the essential challenge to the regional security.
There is a need for the international community to re- commit its assistance to Afghanistan," foreign secretary Nirupama Rao ( right) said in Delhi on Wednesday.
