CVAC Systems, Inc. and Compass Equity Group, Inc. announce the completion of a leasing agreement which, at full execution, could encompass a total of 70 CVAC systems. The agreement provides Complete Clinics LLC, an investment of Compass Equity Group Inc. with five-year exclusive rights to operate CVAC systems in commercial medical weight loss centers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. The initial two installations of CVAC systems into Complete Clinics' Medical Weight Loss Centers are planned before the end of first-quarter 2010.
