Europe's EADS is expected to announce Tuesday morning that former NASA leader Sean O'Keefe will become chief executive of the company's North American operations, according to two sources familiar with the decision. Ralph Crosby, current chief executive of EADS North America, will stay on as nonexecutive chairman, said the sources, who asked not to be identified ahead of a company announcement later Tuesday. O'Keefe is a former Navy secretary who served as NASA administrator from 2001 to 2005 under the Bush administration. He was named head of Washington operations for General Electric ...
