November 6, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Actions Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (NADAQ: ACTS) has promoted Niccolo Chen, its chief strategy officer and general manager, to the position of chief executive officer. He replaces Nan-Horng Yeh, who is stepping down from this position to pursue personal interests. Yeh will remain an Actions board member.
Additionally, the board appointed Robin Pan as an independent director.
