Scrambled Egg shows
The Egg in Albany continues to provide a diverse lineup of entertainers. First up of the newly announced is Cherish the Ladies on Wednesday, Dec. 8. The six Irish musicians perform "Celtic Christmas Spectacular" to raise funds for the Irish American Heritage Museum in East Durham, Greene County.
Skip ahead a few days and it's a musical holiday show of a different sort. Local swingmasters the Joey Thomas Big Band hold a dual celebration at The Egg on Saturday, Dec. 12, with "A Sinatra Christmas," held on what would have been Ol' Blue Eyes' 94th birthday. The 19-piece orchestra also features vocalist Bob Father.
