Old Colony merges
NORTHBRIDGE - Old Colony Stationery Inc., an independent office supplies dealer, has merged with New England Office Supply of Braintree.
Terms were not disclosed. Old Colony will operate under the New England Office Supply name, and Old Colony's location in the Whitinsville section of Northbridge will continue to serve as a sales and distribution center, the companies reported yesterday in a news release.
New England Office Supply employs about 75 people, and Old Colony employs about 25 workers. New England Office Supply declined to comment on whether any jobs would be eliminated as a result of ...
