Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC recently brokered five leases for a range of fashion apparel companies:
* A 10-year, 10,690 s/f lease at 10 W. 33rd St. for Celebrity International Inc. David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord while Michael Beyda represented the tenant. Asking rents were $37 per square foot.
* A five-year, 2,700 s/f lease at 39 W. 38th St. for High Fashion Fabrics. Joseph Friedman of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Alan Kahn of Eretz Group represented the landlord. Asking rents were $30 per square foot.
