DraftFCB, New York, has hired marketing-communications veteran Victor Ruvolo as senior VP-group media director, and he will assume responsibility for several corporate initiatives for the agency's Merck business. Prior to DraftFCB, Mr. Ruvolo worked at J3/Universal McCann, where he served as senior VP-managing director on accounts including Johnson & Johnson.
