As congress edges closer to reconciling the House and Senate versions of its massive health care reform legislation, lobbyists for New York's hospitals, doctors, insurers, nursing homes and businesses are stepping up their efforts to limit the effects of reform on their bottom lines. You won't find any health care lobbyists making holiday plans for Christmaslet alone Thanksgiving.
