A small rubber vehicle track manufacturer has boosted its business enormously by taking advantage of the export guidance offered by the federal government, witnesses told a Senate subcommittee.
Karlstad, Minn.-based Mattracks Inc. began in 1992 with six employees and incorporated three years later, said Tom J. Wollin, Mattracks director of international and government sales. He testified at the Oct. 6 hearing reviewing export opportunities for small and medium-sized U.S. companies.
