NEW YORK, Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Notice is hereby given that a class action lawsuit was filed on September 11, 1998, in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on behalf of all persons who purchased the common stock of Able Telcom Holding Corp.
