(TSX:CRK) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that the registration by the Northern Territory government of the mining tenements comprising the Corporation's assets in Northern Territory, Australia (the "Crocodile Gold Assets") is complete. Accordingly, Crocodile Gold Australia Pty Ltd., the Corporation's wholly owned subsidiary, is the registered owner of the mining tenements that comprise the Crocodile Gold Assets.
