FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Guarantee Insurance Company, a subsidiary of Patriot Risk Management, Inc. announced today that John Harris, an executive with broad experience in workers' compensation insurance, has joined its leadership team as Director of Underwriting.
