Kyiv, November 5 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukraine last received funds from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) early in September as part of a general allocation of Special Drawing Rights (SDRs), Max Alier, the IMF's Resident Representative in Kyiv, has said.
