A familiar phrase keeps popping up when 10-year old Jacob Moska works with his therapist from Little City.
"You and me," he says to Leslie Cook.
Without missing a beat, Cook quickly affirms him with her familiar response: "You and me."
Cook works with Jacob to accomplish different life skills, and she takes great pride in each of his new accomplishments.
Both Cook and Jacob are featured in an 8-minute video to be shown Saturday at Little CityAEs Golden Anniversary Dinner at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park Hotel.
