The Haryana Government has made a provision of Rs. 720.47 crore for providing financial assistance under various schemes to the Municipalities in the State for execution of infrastructure development schemes during the year 2009-10.
While stating this here on Thursday, a spokesman of the Urban Local Bodies Department, Haryana said that the major schemes under which financial assistance is provided to the Municipalities included Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM), Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for small and Medium towns (UIDSSMT), Integrated Housing and Slum Development Programme (IHSDP) and Scheme for ...
