U.S. issues preliminary duties on Chinese OCTG exports

Shanghai. November 6. INTERFAX-CHINA - The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) has decided to levy preliminary anti-dumping duties of up to 99.14 percent on imports of China-made oil country tubular goods (OCTG), China's Ministry of Commerce announced on Nov. 6.

According to the announcement, Chinese OCTG exporters are subject to a preliminary anti-dumping duty of up to 99.14 percent. Tianjin Pipe (Group) Corp. and another 37 exporters were given a duty of 36.53 percent. Jiangsu Changbao Steel Tube Co. Ltd. was the only exporter exempt from a preliminary anti-dumping duty.
