Ford's new leadership is a promising, but risky, combination of dynasty and dynamism
TAKE Billy Clay Ford Jr, Ivy-League-educated heir to one of America's most powerful business families, and Jacques "Jac" Nasser, son of a Lebanese working man who emigrated to Australia. This is the odd couple that is to run Ford Motor Company, now the present chairman, Alex Trotman (a one-time butcher's boy from Edinburgh), has announced his retirement.
