Despite the uncertainties posed by the global economic crisis, Bahrain is going ahead full-steam with its offshore projects, said Oil and Gas Affairs Minister and National Oil and Gas Authority (Noga) chairman Dr Abdul-Hussain Bin Ali Mirza.
