SHE is the opera singer who stepped off the stage to tune the vocal chords of contestants on The X Factor.
But Scottish voice coach Yvie Burnett has disclosed that being the woman behind every winner on the hit show is a hard act to combine with motherhood.
For part of the week she lives in a London hotel and relies on her mobile phone to keep in touch with daughter Emily, 15, and 12-year-old son Ollie.
Miss Burnett admits the juggling act, which will make working mothers everywhere gasp, often involves coaching the stars well into the night before becoming a long-distance homework mentor to her children.
