Digi International reported financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended September 30.
In a release dated October 29, the company stated:
- Digi reported revenue of $40.0 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2009 compared to $50.4 million in revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008, a decrease of $10.4 million, or 20.6 percent. Revenue for the year ended September 30, (fiscal 2009) was $165.9 million compared to $185.1 million for the year ended September 30, 2008 (fiscal 2008), a decrease of $19.2 million, or 10.3 percent.
