BEIJING, Nov 9 Asia Pulse - China may not suffer from inflation in 2010 and the price level is controllable, said Li Yang, vice president of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

Li expressed that sluggish consumption demand and overcapacity in certain industries have pulled the price level down, while other factors would push the opposite direction, including staple goods price fluctuations, an unbalanced economic structure, and the ample money supply.
