WORCESTER - Jury deliberations are scheduled to resume Monday morning in the trial of a Clinton man accused of starting a string of fires in 2007.
John Rousseau, 30, of 266 Wilson St., Clinton, is on trial in Worcester Superior Court on arson charges stemming from a July 29, 2007, fire in a railroad shed in the town of Florida; a July 30, 2007, fire at a former paper mill in Erving; and fires that destroyed the historic Mary Elizabeth Sawyer homestead at 108 Maple St. in Sterling on Aug. 12, 2007, and a barn at the former Sandstrom dairy farm at 106 Bond Road in Holden the next day.
